Hi, I’m Raquel—a Wisconsin mom of three who started Luna + Luca in 2020 with a simple vision: to create high-quality, timeless clothing for little ones. With a background in apparel technical design for brands like Joe’s Jeans and Lucky Brand, I was frustrated by the lack of quality in kids’ clothing and wanted to build something better.
Today, that vision lives in the Luna + Luca Core Collection: everyday essentials made to be loved, lived in, and passed down. 95% of our products are crafted from certified organic cotton, chosen for its softness, durability, and care for the planet. I bought this for my son who is due in February. I originally ordered the 0-3 month size based on the size chart, but once I saw it in person I wanted to exchange it for the newborn size. I was having trouble figuring out how to do the exchange and reached out to customer service who was super helpful and allowed me to exchange my item, even though it was a day or two past the exchange window. I purchased the matching booties and hat as well and I am so excited to put these on my son when he gets here in February! It is just the most adorable little outfit I’ve ever seen and it is perfect for a winter baby.
