Refunds and Return Policy
We want you to love your Luna + Luca pieces, but we totally understand if something doesn’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know:
Return Policy
Because our items are made for delicate little ones and often used for special moments, we keep our return window short to ensure all returned items are clean, unused, and ready for the next little one.
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible.
To keep our small-batch operations sustainable:

A $9.00 flat shipping + handling fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange

At checkout, you have the opportunity to pay $2.98 with your order, for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees later. Final Sale items are excluded.
Please modify your return if you decide to add more items or change your mind about returning items. Otherwise, you may not receive your full refund.

Returned Merchandise Condition:
All items returned should be unworn and in all original packaging. Original packaging is defined as hangtags, poly bags, and original manufacturer packaging.
Worn items include items used for photoshoots and special events. We will not accept worn items with tags.
Please be aware of any strong odors that items are exposed to including perfumes, smoke, animals (including hair), etc. Items will be rejected by our returns team if any odor is detected. We cannot resell these items for other babies and children.
If a return is rejected by our returns team, we will reach out to discuss your options - including re-shipping back to the customer.
Address Mistakes or "Return to Sender":
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping is at the customer’s expense. Please reach out to us at orders@lunaandluca.com
Gift Returns:
Receiving Luna + Luca as a gift? We’re honored! If it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit. Gifted items follow the same return policy outlined above.

Modifying or Canceling an Order:
Our team moves fast—orders are sent straight to our warehouse partner the moment you check out. Because of this, we’re not able to change or cancel orders after they’re placed (even for size or shipping address).
If something isn’t quite right, you’re always welcome to return it once it arrives (as long as it meets our return policy!).
Return + Refund Processing:
Returns processing may take up to 14 days from the delivery date of your package to our warehouse. Refunds may take up to an additional 14 business days to process, depending on the system you used to pay with. Please contact your bank or credit card company if it has been more than 14 days since your refund was issued.
Price Adjustments:
We do not offer price adjustments before or after a sale period on any orders, no exceptions. Please note that in the occasional event that we do have a sale, we do our best to market this on all of our external channels to make it known the week prior to the event. The best way to make sure that you always know about an event is to opt in for text / email notifications on the site or to download the official app.
Stolen, Missing, or Damaged Packages:
We want every order to arrive safely — and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, our team will file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement as soon as it’s approved.
All stolen, missing, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If your claim is declined, Luna + Luca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Think you received a defective item?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@lunaandluca.com with your order number and photos. We’ll take care of it!
Gift Card Refunds:
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
