Shipping Cost:
$9.00 Flat Rate Shipping on U.S. orders.
2 day and 1 day Shipping Options: Calculated at checkout.
International Shipping Cost: All shipping costs are calculated by the carrier at checkout. Your cost depends on the weight of your package and destination of the package. All International packages include duties and taxes.
Tracking your Order:
Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you believe you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam and then email us at orders@lunaandluca.com
Processing Time:
Processing time takes 1-2 business days. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. During a launch week or sale week, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for your order to process before being shipped due to extremely high volume.
Transit Time:
Shipping varies by the shipping you chose at checkout at the time of purchase.Â

Address Change, Modifying or Canceling an Order:
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted - this includes address changes. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our full return policy.
Stolen, Missing, or Damaged Packages:
We want every order to arrive safely — and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, our team will file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement as soon as it’s approved.
All stolen, missing, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If your claim is declined, Luna + Luca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Item Defect:
If you believe you have received a defective item, please email orders@lunaandluca.com within 7 days of delivery of your package to receive a replacement item or refund.
Other order issues:
We try our best to provide the most amazing items at an affordable price for our customers. But sometimes, we don't get it right. (After all, we're a couple of moms with crazy kids at home 🤪).

Import Taxes & Duties
Most international orders will calculate and charge customs/duties fees at checkout so there are no surprises once your package arrives.

Luna + Luca cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
